~*MARUI*~

• MY FEELINGS FOR MARUI ARE THROUGH THE ROOF!!! I love how confident and “whatever” he is about EVERYTHING, he handles every situation wonderfully! And despite being boastful and selfish and materialistic he really cares about his friends and stands up for them and stuff!! He’s a really interesting character with lots of different sides to explore.
• JIROH JIROH JIROH JIROH JIEROHJ IROHJ JRIHO JRIONHJ JOROHJ JIRIOHOO
• I’m fine with Jiroh/Marui unromantically too!! And also Jackal and Kirihara!!!!
• I don’t know, most people who I’ve seen have an opinion on Marui seem to hero-worship him just as much as I do! I am totally drawing a blank sorry
• More on-screen interactions with Jiroh plz ;__; But I feel bad for complaining since they did just get a whole episode together which is a pretty amazing accomplishment considering the huge amount of characters in PoT!! I would particularly love to see Marui and Jiroh play doubles together in newpot!!! And just. Dorm bonding!! They are roomies but they have never actually been seen rooming!! ARGH!!!

~*PALMER*~

• I LOVE PALMER, he’s just so much FUN!!! His portrayal in the cartoon was super fun and I like him a lot in Special too and look forward to potentially seeing more of him in the future!!!
• I don’t ship a single character in Pokemon romantically… :( Now I feel bad since you’ve been so quick to pick up MY ships!!! WAAA
• I love what little was seen of him with Thorton in Special, it seems to me that they have a super fun little relationship going on and I’d love to see it explored further!! But I like to think he’s BFFs with all the Brains, really. OH and his relationship with his son is really cute too.
• IDK if it’s unpopular or not, but I feel his in-game dialog was kind of generic?? Not that it matters much because there’s only so much to be done in-game and he got plenty of action off-game to make up for it (also his VS sprite is the BEST)
• I hope he’ll get more focus in Special!! And although I have pretty much come to terms with the fact that the Brains never appeared in the cartoon… a small part of me still hopes for a Sinnoh Brain arc someday…..
