quite possibly my favorite page in all of oofuri except maybe the page that has nice sawa in it
i don’t pay much attention but it seems like the majority ships ichihara with daichi.
which is probably cool, but while i do like their interactions, i don’t ~*ship*~ them.
it’s just that ichihara has a lot of ~*feelings*~ and i think he needs someone who ~*understands*~ him so he won’t explode in tears and frustration, and quite frankly, the only one who seems to understand him is sawamura!
i like ichihara’s interactions with oyama too!! they seem to really care for each other and it’s really sweet, but their personalities and viewpoints clash like whoa.
so in conclusion

funny story about arc: i was looking forward to their match SO MUCH because the little arc scenes we’d gotten prior to it were fantastic and hilarious, and i was especially fond of kosugi and yoshida’s interactions… and then their match rolled around and kosugi and yoshida didn’t interact AT ALL!!! this is why i was SO DISAPPOINTED by the arc match… sniff…

He is a very realistic older sibling character!
He has fun interactions with anyone he comes in contact with!
AND he brings just a tiny bit of villainy into a cast that otherwise pretty much consists of care bears!
